Consultation services for a child’s IEP or IAP are designed to help parents navigate school systems, understand educational documents, and feel prepared to participate confidently in planning for their child.

Sessions focus on reviewing reports and plans, clarifying priorities, and identifying potential supports or accommodations to discuss with school teams. The goal is to help parents feel informed, organized, and empowered in their role on the team.

This service is educational and consultative in nature and is provided directly to parents to support their understanding and decision-making. It does not include legal advice, formal advocacy services, or attendance at school meetings. The focus is on helping parents build understanding and confidence so they can effectively participate in collaborative school discussions.

Sessions may be provided virtually or in person, depending on availability and family needs.​​​​
