Hello! I'm Kathleen.

After more than 16 years working in public schools, I've learned that families don't need more complicated advice. They need someone who listens, understands their concerns, and helps them figure out what to do next.

I bring both a behavioral and educational perspective to my work, with a focus on practical guidance that makes sense for real families.

My goal is to make things feel clearer, more manageable, and more hopeful.

My Story

For more than 16 years, I’ve worked alongside children, families, and educators in public school settings. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Nationally Certified School Psychologist, I've gained firsthand experience with the challenges families face both at home and within the school system.

I've seen how easily communication between families and schools can become strained, even when everyone wants what's best for the child. That experience has shaped how I approach my work today.

I believe parents know their children best. My role is to listen, offer a different perspective when needed, and help families feel more informed and confident in the decisions they make.

I also supervise BCBA trainees, helping future behavior analysts develop practical skills and sound professional judgment.
