Hello! I'm Kathleen.

I’m a Licensed Behavior Analyst, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over 16 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators.

I work with parents who feel overwhelmed by challenging behaviors and want practical, realistic strategies that fit their everyday lives. My goal is to make things feel clearer, more manageable, and more hopeful.

My Story

For over 16 years, I’ve worked alongside children, families, and educators in public school settings. My background as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Nationally Certified School Psychologist has shaped how I approach this work which is with collaboration, compassion, and practicality at the center.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported students from early childhood through high school. I’ve seen firsthand how behavior is influenced not just by what happens at school, but by routines, expectations, and relationships at home. That perspective deeply informs the way I work with families.

I’ve also supervised BCBA trainees and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), helping new professionals grow in confidence, ethical practice, and real-world problem-solving. Supporting both families and future practitioners has strengthened my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Over the years, I’ve learned that many families continue to struggle long after the school day ends. Parents often feel exhausted, unsure where to start, or worried they’re doing something wrong. My goal is to help make things feel clearer, more manageable, and hopeful.

I believe parents know their children best. My role is to listen, help make sense of behavior, and offer practical strategies that truly fit your family’s daily life.
