Supervision Disclaimer

 

BCBA supervision services are provided in alignment with current BACB requirements; however, trainees are solely responsible for meeting certification eligibility standards and examination requirements. Certification decisions are determined exclusively by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the Practice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
