Refund Policy

All services provided by K. Lapham Behavior & Learning Services, PLLC are professional services.

Fees are earned upon delivery of services.

Sessions must be canceled with at least [24 hours] notice. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable.

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of the Practice and does not establish an ongoing obligation to provide refunds.
